Is Money everything in life? If not, what is beyond money in life?
Beyond money in life, what are some of the important things, according to me:
1) One’s relationship with oneself: The most important thing, I always knew, I always read and heard, but not felt like now, ever before. You want to help people when you don’t know yourself, It’s not going to work. At least with your closest people and in life in general. You first need to sort yourself out and keep working at it. I believe, it's every person's own journey, which they have to complete here while living, but generally, it is too late, when we realize this, we are already caught up in a worldly mess or are generally taking our last breath, that all this hoopla-hoop and fuss we were worried about was not necessary.
2) The kind of work you are involved in: Generally, our 9 to 5 jobs are not the jobs we are very fond of and usually, they are the reason for our gloomy faces, after our spouses (giggles, just kidding), but in general, the kind of activities we involve ourselves in. they can be varied for each and every one. One needs to find that for oneself and engage in it. I would say, dedicate even an hour of yours to helping those who need it the most. A simple act of kindness, a healthy, non-judgmental chat brings in exhilaration in us, we start fluttering like a butterfly. Think about engaging in such behavior every day, every moment. And we can bring that change if you are not finding it right now in your surroundings. This brings me to another point.
3) Investing in healthy relationships: No one needs an army of people, just one healthy interaction is enough. One can feel a huge difference in the quality of their living if they are surrounded by meaningful relationships.
4) Engage in learning, keep doing that: Learning doesn’t stop at your Bachelor’s or Master’s or Ph.D. Whatever you feel you don’t know, learn it. Keep an open mind. Do not restrict, do not limit, do not box yourself or others. Come out of this thinking of Settling down. There is no such thing, there is always learning forward, together or alone.
5)Lastly, for now, Laugh out Loud: Keep smiling, seriously everything has an expiry date, everything passes. Haven’t you heard of it, “Change is the only constant” Embrace it!
